About the Journal

The Journal of Sustainable Institutional Management (JSIM) is a peer reviewed open access scientific journal dedicated to the dissemination of interdisciplinary research on sustainability within the field of institutional management. This journal is proudly supported by Florida Christian University (USA) and published in academic partnership with Editora Alumni In (Brazil & USA). The JSIM is particularly concerned with the complexities of institutional transformation. It encourages research that explores how governance structures, leadership models, regulatory systems, accountability mechanisms, and ethical practices contribute to building resilient, transparent, and socially responsible institutions, especially in contexts marked by instability, environmental degradation, inequality, or systemic disruption.
